  The Center possesses more than 474 advanced instruments and facilities, including. France made Camebax-microelectronic microprobe, ICP plasma analyzer,US made Digital Spinner Magnetometer, Japan-made X-ray diffractometer, Netherlands made Philips-pw 1400 X-ray fluorescence spectrum meter, etc.
  The Investigation and research divisions and management sectors are equipped with computers. The communication between the subordinates divisions and with outside is guaranteed via internet.
  The Center possesses a library with 70000 books in various languages. It has more than 300 current periodicals and 11000 plus documents.
  The Center has a regular publication "Resources investigation and Environment", four issues a year. The library has set up exchange relations with more than 48 units from 10 countries. The Center has been keeping wide exchange and co-operation relations with offer geological institutes in China and abroad.
