The 2013 China-ASEAN Mining Cooperation Forum and Exhibition were held in International Convention Center in Nanning Guangxi from 10^th to 12^th of May, the theme of this year is “Strengthening the cooperation of the mining technology, promoting the development of mining science”. Topic for discussion included: Government Cooperation, Technology Cooperation, Investment and Financing, Project Cooperation. More than 800 Business elites and associated specialists and scholars from China and ASEAN countries attended this Forum.

  In the afternoon of 10^th May, the Deputy Director of China CGS Mr Yan Wang met with the Deputy Director of MGB Mr Elmer. Both of them discussed on the concerned topics of Resources investigation and Mining development. Mr Elmer gave the project (Investigation and Survey on Metallogenic geological setting and regularity of Nickel, Copper Metallogeinc belt in central Philippines) that conducted by Nanjing Center a great evaluation.
